Soon enough my main lunch meal came out. At this point I wasn't sure I was going to be able to eat it after having the focaccia bread and then the shaved parma prociutto but I was going to give it my best shot. For my main entree, I ordered the Baby Spinach Salad with Steak. The salad was filled with baby spinach leaves, white beans, roasted beets, kalamata olives and red onions then had feta cheese sprinkled over top. The salad was pre-mixed with an olive oil vinaigrette dressing. Thick, tender, medium rare piece of steak topped off the entire dish. I would go back to eat this dish over and over again. The salad was perfect and the steak was made just right with no need for seasoning. I am often the one to salt and pepper dishes wherever I go but this dish needed nothing.

Don't worry if you're looking for something a bit more traditional with your steakhouse menu. The second half of the menu contains all slow cooker focaccia of the tried and true steakhouse cuts of meat.

Don't be afraid to over season your meat. Most people actually under season, because the cooking process will weaken the flavor of some spices. With the exception of salt, most seasonings will better enhance the flavor if you use about twice as much as you think you should.
